About
Abaco's "Paradise Found" Beach Villa
The
unit has 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), 2 full baths, a
fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove w/oven, microwave,
drip coffee maker), a living room and an attached screened
patio. A color TV, VCR and boom box (AM/FM radio,CD) and two
bicycles are there for your pleasure. The unit is
air-conditioned but the weather is usually so beautiful that
AC is seldom needed.
Getting
Around
Golf
carts can be rented to get around Treasure Cay and the Beach
Villas area. Cars can
also be rented nearby.

Area
A
beautiful pool is located in the Beach Villas Complex. There
are also lounge chairs and tables adjacent to the Beach. |
We
pay the housekeeping fees so there are no
additional costs when you rent with us!
Upon
your arrival you will find the villa spotlessly maintained by
Donna Hudson, our housekeeper. She will prepare the villa
before your arrival and clean the villa after you leave. She
will stop by sometime during your stay to ask what special
needs you may have. Should you have any additional needs you
can contract with her for any special housekeeping service.
She can usually be found at the villa laundry within the
complex. Please register at the office upon or shortly after
your arrival. The office and laundry are located in the same
building.
Note:
There is a departure tax of $15.00 per person for all those
over six years old. This is payable at the airport upon
departure.
